Located in the Medina – Marrakech´s historical old town – our Riad is truly a living relict of
the tales of thousand and one nights. Belonging to the oldest houses in town – it still partly inhabits the original and stunning architecture of the 19th century – seducing its residents with original tiles, as also a charming fountain
and woodcrafts in the patio.
Live between old walls and experience an energizing magic, that was eventually spread more than 150 years ago by one of the many women of Marrakech´s Pacha living her exclusive, but yet very private life in the Riad.
On top of this very private Riad experience – you will have the spacious rooftop for outdoor yoga practice, afternoon hangouts and sunbaths, as well as fabulous tasty food.

Our NOSADE Venue provides you with a very private atmosphere with only 3 rooms, and lots of space in our beautiful courtyard and on the rooftop terrace. Each room has its own bathroom (equipped with towels + hairdryer) and exceptionally comfortable beds with high-quality bed linen.
Room Jardin, from 99 EUR / night
Room Atlantic, from 129 EUR / night
Suite Sahara, from 159 EUR / night
The address of the Riad is 19 Derb Jdid, El Ksour, 40000 Marrakech –
and thus you are near Bab Laksour, one of the many famous entrance gates to the Medina – the popular old town of Marrakech. The Riad is located at the end of a narrow street and is therefore exceptionally quiet.
The Koutoubia Mosque, the large square Djemaa el Fna, the lively Souks, Majorelle and Gueliz, and even the New Town of Marrakech are only a stone’s throw away from the house.
Taxis and public transportation are available directly from Bab Laksour, in about a 3-5 minutes’ walk from the Riad.

We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible in the house: Whenever possible, we do not provide plastic bottles, but filter our water and give it to our guests in glass carafes – during dishes as well as in the rooms.
We do not use air conditioning during the hot season, but take advantage of the great old and thoughtful architecture of the Moroccan Riads with their natural cooling effect – with a planted garden in the middle of the house, an open roof terrace and a sophisticated ventilation system in the very high rooms.
In winter, on the other hand, it is almost impossible to heat these very high rooms. So please be aware for bookings in December, January and February: It can get quite cold at night and on rainy days. We provide hot water bottles for the nights and luxurious, very warm down bedding as well as additional blankets if necessary. There are also large gas heaters for the public areas, which can be switched on if necessary.
Send us your individual, non-binding booking request.
We are happy to be helpful with further questions!
